She holds a Master of Arts in Recreation Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy from the University of Toledo. Victoria’s professional journey includes a background in recreational therapy, where she worked in a psychiatric unit, providing therapeutic interventions to enhance patient well-being and recovery.

Currently, as the Program Manager for The Ohio LSAMP Alliance, Victoria oversees daily operations, fosters collaborations with academic and community stakeholders, and develops impactful initiatives to support underrepresented students in STEM.
