Our Voices, Our Future
On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, we held a nationwide discussion with LSAMPs discussing the recent DEI bans to see what was the best strategy we could implement going forward. Consensus was that there was not a lot of clarity but planning to have a follow up session when we know more! Session consisted of students, faculty, staff, and NALA leadership
On April 13th between 12:00PM - 6:00PM at the McGregor Memorial Conference Center in Detroit Michigan NALA(STEM) president, Paul Faronbi, and NALA(STEM) Mentorship Chair, Dominique Graham participated in a STEM Identity Live Podcast and LSAMP Alumni Panel.

Our last professional development series for 2024 was Wednesday November 20th, 2024. We talked about how to navigate your career through all the twists and turns. Victoria Auger, from our Outreach Committee, did a phenomenal job with this!
